"i cannot express enough how GRATEFUL AND HAPPY i am with the service i received at Kennilworth Shoe service. i got scammed on fb marketplace and my dream shoes came apart at the soles on the first wear. tried fixing them myself with salt and crazy glue (obviously didn’t work) so i brought them in hoping there was anything they could do to help. they EXCEEDED my expectations and the shoes look brand new after quite literally being ruined by me. cannot thank them enough, and will be bringing my shoes to them until i die.
