I've been here a couple times with cowboy boots in really worn shape and he's always done such a great job repairing them for great prices !! I had a pair completely worn through the sole with the stitching coming off but he was able to get them back to me in two business days with the soles feeling better than when I bought them. Cannot recommend this place enough !! Super nice :)

i drove an hour to come to this amazing establishment and they did NOT disappoint!!! My vintage monolo blahnik boots had issues: the heel was broken, the leather was worn, and the suede body was dirty. I had a mission to bring these boots back to live a second life! i went to FOUR different cobblers…. and they all either couldn’t do it or were very rude to me. I was welcomed with kindness and understanding at Kenilworth Shoe service by my queen Amelia and especially the king of my life, Carlos. They went above and beyond to ensure that my boots were returned in perfect condition, all while being so pleasant and amazing to work with. Although i live in Wisconsin, i will definitely be returning to this amazing business! So much thanks and appreciation!

i cannot express enough how GRATEFUL AND HAPPY i am with the service i received at Kennilworth Shoe service. i got scammed on fb marketplace and my dream shoes came apart at the soles on the first wear. tried fixing them myself with salt and crazy glue (obviously didn’t work) so i brought them in hoping there was anything they could do to help. they EXCEEDED my expectations and the shoes look brand new after quite literally being ruined by me. cannot thank them enough, and will be bringing my shoes to them until i die.
